was the term "shortbread," which the suit alleged was misleading since "the plaintiff 'believed and expected'" the term shortbread meant there was butter in the ingredients -- when there wasn't.
"The court asserted the plaintiff still failed to make a compelling case that the average consumer believes shortbread cookies
necessarily contain butter."
