Fallon Loses Virginity, Wireless Marketer Pulls Account

Edgy wireless service marketer Virgin Mobile has shifted its creative account to Mother from long-time agency Fallon. The move, the latest in a string of losses for the Minneapolis-based agency, was prompted in part by the closure of Fallon NY. Media buying continues to be handled by Fallon sister shop Starlink, while media planning remains at Fallon. -- Joe Mandese
