'The Hollywood Reporter' Is Launching An Italian Edition

Parent Penske Media Corporation is partnering with Italian publisher Brainstore Media for The Hollywood Reporter Roma.

The new multimedia platform will include a website, a print magazine and a network of communities, The Hollywood Reporter writes. Concita De Gregorio will lead the project.

The Hollywood Reporter Roma aims to promote Italian quality and creativity worldwide, without constraints, intercepting cultural and social changes,” De Gregorio says.

“We needed to create an international partnership with an authoritative brand to cover a market space in entertainment publishing that exists and follows an exponential trend like the development of streaming platforms,” says Gian Marco Sandri, the leader of the Artmediamix, of which Brainstore Media is a part.

Sandri adds, “Rome is the city of cinema, and has made history in entertainment, from the Colosseum to Cinecittà.”
