Condé Nast has named Nick Hotchkin chief financial officer, effective today, May 15.
Previously, Hotchkinnwas a senior executive at WW International, Inc., formerly
WeightWatchers. He held positions as chief operating officer, chief financial officer and as a member of the Interim Office of the CEO.
Prior to that, Hotchkin was the
senior vice president, finance, for Staples. He has also held titles at Delphi and General Motors.
“Nick is an accomplished finance executive having successfully led diverse global
business functions, including consumer revenue, operations and strategy," says Roger Lynch, Condé Nast CEO.
Hotchkin will report to Lynch.
