'The Washington Post' Names Johanna Mayer-Jones Chief Advertising Officer

The Washington Post has promoted Johanna Mayer-Jones to the new title of chief advertising officer, effective immediately. Mayer-Jones will report to the chief revenue officer, as yet to be announced. 

Mayer-Jones joined the Post as head of North American client partnerships in July 2022. Previously, Mayer-Jones served at as the senior vice president of partnerships at The Atlantic, and has also held senior sales and marketing roles with The Wall Street Journal in New York and Hong Kong.
