Marketing automation platform Klaviyo has appointed Chano Fernandez, Roxanne Oulman and Susan St. Ledger to its board of directors. 

Fernandez is the former co-CEO at Workday. He served as co-president prior to that and as executive vice president of global field operations. Fernandez has also worked  at SAP, Infor, Blue C and McKinsey & Company.

Oulman has held CFO positions at companies including Medallia and CallidusCloud. She now serves on the boards of CalAmp, AuditBoard and Plume Design.

St. Ledger is president, worldwide field operations at HashiCorp, and previously worked as president, worldwide field operations at Okta.

The three new board members bring “invaluable experience in go-to-market strategy, finance and operations at leading companies -- and have already had a huge impact on Klaviyo,” says Andrew Bialecki, co-founder and CEO of Klaviyo.
