Red Robin has made some significant changes in its offerings, with a few limited time seasonal offerings, new menu adds, a new cooking style and better-quality ingredients.
One big change is that the chain has replaced all its existing conveyor-belt cooking systems with grilling its burgers on a flattop, and also now hand-preps burgers with higher quality ingredients, according to a release.
The new menu includes BBQ Burnt Ends 'N Bacon Burger (LTO), Smashed Avocado 'N Bacon Burger and the Burnin' Love Burger, which returns to the menu with fried jalapeño coins, salsa, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, vine-ripened tomato and chipotle aioli, topped with a charred jalapeño.
Changes to current menu items include adding fresh grilled pineapple rings to the Banzai Burger, fresh smashed guacamole on the Smashed Avocado N’ Bacon Burger (which replaces the Guacamole Bacon Burger) and hand breading the Crispy Chicken Sandwich.
