Starbucks filed a complaint and sent a cease-and-desist letter to stop its union using its name and logo. The union had posted a “Solidarity with
Palestine” image on the social media site X. "Meanwhile, in response, Workers United has filed its own counterclaim against Starbucks in the Eastern District court of Pennsylvania,
seeking declaratory judgment so that the union may continue to use the Starbucks Workers United name and logo," per Nation's Restaurant News.
