ESPN has signed Hyundai Motors as a gold sponsor for its World Cup news and information coverage on its pan-regional sports network in Latin America. As a gold sponsor, Hyundai is entitled to exposure on SportsCenter, where it will sponsor segments such as daily updates and tournament reviews, and on ESPNdeportes.com, where Hyundai will be a sponsor on the site's fully dedicated World Cup page, featuring live results, scores, pre-game and post-game analysis, and a World Cup photo gallery. Additional advertising elements in Hyundai's campaign include sponsorship of ESPN's 28/58's (World Cup updates aired at approximately 28 and 58 minutes after each hour), ESPN's World Cup vignettes featuring player profiles and team profiles, and the network's World Cup trivia feature.
