White Castle is celebrating all veterans with a one-day-only promotion on Nov. 11, Veterans Day.

All veteran and active-duty service members who dine in-store at participating White Castle restaurants will receive a free individual combo meal or a breakfast combo meal.

"This is our way of showing our respect and gratitude to those who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. military," said Jamie Richardson, vice president at White Castle.

In addition, the burger chain has created a special Slider box to commemorate the holiday. The patriotic box features red and white stripes beneath the White Castle logo. The side of the box features 50 white stars on a navy-blue background.

There is no purchase necessary for the free combo, but customers must show a military ID.

The chain has also pumped up its loyalty program, Craver Nation, with several new promotions, including a recent collaboration with Fat Joe for a line of Night Castle streetwear merchandise, with 100% of net sales proceeds donated to Renaissance Youth Center in the Bronx.
