United Sets Super Bowl Spot, First In A Decade

United Airlines will break its first Super Bowl ad in more than a decade, albeit one that airs only in major spot markets, during ABC's coverage of Super Bowl XL on Feb. 5. The ad, aimed at business travelers, will appear just prior to the Super Bowl halftime show, and will air on ABC stations in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. The ad, entitled "Dragon," was created by United agency Fallon. -- Joe Mandese
