'Harper's BAZAAR' Names Lynette Nylander As Executive Digital Editor

Lynette Nylander has been appointed as executive digital director at Harper’s BAZAAR, effective March 18.

Nylander will oversee content and strategy for the web and social media at Harper’s BAZAAR. She will also mentor the team of editors. 

“I cannot think of a better addition to our team than Lynette,” says Samira Nasr, editor in chief of Harper’s BAZAAR, to whom Nylander will report. “Her deep love of fashion and pop culture combined with her experience in storytelling and unique ability to spot a trend before it takes off is exactly what Harper’s BAZAAR needs as we move into expanding our impact across all digital platforms.”  

Nylander has also served as deputy editor of i-D and Teen Vogue.
