'Swimming World' Unveils New Video, Audio And Sharing Features

Swimming World, which was acquired last month by H2Media, has debuted a revamped digital platform to help subscribers engage with the brand.

Included are audio and video capabilities and the ability to share content to social channels and email, the company says.

“We took over Swimming World with the intention of enhancing the user experience, generating more community, and putting our readers in charge,” says Jack Hallahan, co-owner and publisher of Swimming World and H2Media.

The goal now is to “elevate the delivery of our content to become the most reliable publication in the sport, from trustworthy on-the-ground journalism to our expert commentary.”

The new features are available to all paid digital subscriptions.

In addition, Swimming World is collaborating with firms in new media to report on upcoming episodes of the top podcasts in aquatic sports.

The publication plans to have reporters on the grounds of every top-level competition leading up to the 2024 Olympic Games.

Swimming World, which claims to be the oldest periodical in the field of aquatic sports, reappeared in February with its first print issue since 2022, a 76-page edition with special binding and high quality paper.
