Getty Images will represent the Condé Nast Collection, including vintage artwork, in a renewed partnership that goes back to 2015.
The Collection features over 30,000 photographs, magazine covers and illustrations from Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, Condé Nast Traveler, and Glamour, with work of such photographers as Arthur Elgort, Edward Steichen, Irving Penn, Horst P. Horst and Cecil Beaton – some going back to 1909.
Getty will handle content representation and licensing for the images via its global platform. Condé Nast content is available on Getty Images in the Editorial and Contour Collections.
“Condé Nast houses some of the most compelling and iconic imagery in fashion spanning generations,” says Craig Peters, CEO of Getty Images. “Their collection is a living record of how the industry has evolved and innovated through the years.”
Peters adds, “We are honored to exclusively partner with the Condé Nast team to represent their historic archive and bring top-quality content to our customers and partners.”
