Elle Magazine is extending its brand to a condominium in Miami, the publication recently announced. 

The property, a 25-story tower, is being built by Vertical Developments and Urban Network Capital Group. 

Elle Residences Miami will be located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. It will have 180 units. Prices start at $525,000. 

Elle has previously put its name on cafes, spas and hotels, but this is the first residential offering, sister publication Elle Décor reports. 

“This project will represent a groundbreaking concept, offering captivating gateways for owners and residents to experience condo living through a fresh lens and the visionary perspective of Elle,” says Constance Benqué, CEO of ELLE International and Lagardère News.
