SLM Unveils Plan For Local St. Louis Newsletter

St. Louis publishing brand SLM is launching a newsletter called St. Louis Daily this summer, and is urging readers to “Start your mornings with a fresh take on the day’s top local news.”

SLM is also investing in the product, bringing journalists Sarah Fenske and Ryan Krull on board as writers. 

The newsletter will cover everything readers need to know about the region. And it will reflect “SLM’s ongoing to community journalism,” says Jarrett Medlin, publisher/editor-in-chief.

Fenske had served as executive editor of Big Lou Media and Euclid Media Group, overseeing content for a group of city and regional publications, including the Riverfront Times.

Krull also worked at the Riverfront Times as a writer. He comments, “I couldn’t be more excited to work with this stellar group of colleagues, old and new. I can’t wait to help shape the new daily newsletter and hope to live up to SLM’s long history of deep-dive reporting.”
