Physician, Heal Thyself

On the verge of writing yet another article about the AOL/Goodmail issue, I was wondering whether readers have heard enough on this topic... or perhaps too much. That's when the light went on.

A frequent rant of mine is that any successful e-mail program must be based on an understanding the customer's needs. While you are not my customer, as the reader of this MediaPost publication, your needs and desires should be crystal clear to me.
