RNC TikTok Boom: The 'Daily Mail' Pulls Record Numbers During Convention

The Republican convention reportedly pulled disappointing ratings, but not for the Daily Mail.

On TikTok, the Daily Mail pulled over 1 million viewers during the RNC event, making this the most-watched stream ever for Daily Mail on TikTok.

In addition, livestreams hit 4.3 million views across TikTok.

Saturday, July 13, the day of the assassination attempt against former President Trump, was the single biggest day on the Daily Mail site since the Queen’s passing in 2022, pulling 4.1 million video views.

Who said news is dead? Viewers apparently are are following this election cycle very closely.

The site pulled a 44% increase in U.S. video views MoM in June. And its YouTube views rose by almost 111% YoY, reaching over 3.7 million subscribers.

Finally, it added 350,000 followers on TikTok in the last week alone.
