Dow Jones To Launch Leadership Institute

Dow Jones has unveiled the Dow Jones Leadership Institute, a venture focused on executive learnings. Alan Murray, the former CEO of Fortune Media and a Wall Street Journal veteran, will head the project, which is set to debut in 2025.

The Institute will provide peer-to-peer learning, data and analysis, thought leadership, and executive education and coaching, building on the efforts of The Wall Street Journal CEO Council, the CMO Network, CIO Network, CCO Council and CFO Network, Dow Jones says.

“Leadership innovation is essential to meet the demands of the moment,” Murray says. “The Dow Jones Leadership Institute will tap into the resources of the world’s leading business news and information company as well as the experience and knowledge of today's best business leaders to help light the path forward.”

“Transformative technologies, a historic energy transition, geopolitical conflict and political tumult are combining to create unprecedented opportunities and challenges for those running large, complex organizations,” adds Almar Latour, CEO of Dow Jones and publisher of The Wall Street Journal. “Dow Jones is uniquely positioned to help business leaders navigate these transformational times, and under Alan’s direction, the Institute is how we will do it.”
