Shatner Back On The Bridge For Priceline

William Shatner is pitching again in a new, multi-million-dollar ad campaign for priceline.com. The campaign incorporates a series of 30-second spots that will run in a mix of national cable and spot markets. The ads pair Shatner with a brand-new sidekick - the Priceline Super Computer - that searches millions of prices to get priceline.com customers the best deals on hotel rooms, rental cars, etc. Priceline.com also timed the campaign launch to complement its latest Fall Airline Tickets Super Sale and to provide support for its airline, hotel, rental car and cruise partners. The spots are reminiscent of vintage sci-fi movies, place Shatner in a computer command center dominated by a huge electronic brain (the Priceline Super Computer) that talks.
