InStyle has debuted a social-first issue featuring the new, music group Katseye.
It features a cover story that departs from the usual written format to present the group through video to InStyle’s social audience of 15 million viewers.
The cover will appear primarily on social media, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Twitter, and Facebook within the app experience without directing users to external links, InStyle says.
Social audiences can create their own viewing paths on this “choose-your-own-adventure” rollout, and the six-member group will engage with fans by reposting and sharing content across their channels.
Katseye is a “girl-group,” formed earlier in 2024. Its first extended play, SIS (Soft Is Strong), appeared in August.

“When we decided to feature Katsye on our cover for their incredible talents and individual styles, we knew we had to break from tradition and create something truly unique,” says Sally Holmes, editor in chief of InStyle. “Katseye is a social-first phenomenon—born from social media, with a fanbase that lives and thrives on those platforms.”
