Dave Strauss Joins 'The Guardian US' As VP Of Revenue Operations

The Guardian US has named Dave Strauss as vice president of revenue operations and strategy, North America. 

In this new title, Strauss will oversee strategic development, including management and execution of operations, programmatic sales processes, account management, pricing, and the revenue analytics teams, at The Guardian US.

Previously, Strauss was vice president, programmatic demand partnerships, yield, and operations for Dotdash Meredith. He has also served as senior direct, revenue operations and analytics at Hearst, and as a financial analyst at Time Inc.

“Dave Strauss is an experienced leader in digital media and publishing with an outstanding record in defining strategies, identifying opportunities, and empowering sales teams,” says Sara Badler, chief advertising officer, North America for the Guardian US, to whom Strauss will report. “His expertise will help the Guardian US achieve its strategic objective to increase programmatic revenue streams and grow our advertising.”
