Former Humble Games Chiefs Are Working With Ziff Davis Again

Ziff Davis, which laid off the entire staff of Humble Games in July, is partnering with the former leaders of the title to support its previously released games.

A new indie publisher, Good Games Group, has been founded by Alan Patmore, former general manager of Humble Games and Mark Nash, former global publishing VP, according to Rock Paper Shotgun.

"Partnering with Ziff Davis allows us to continue working with the amazing indie developers we collaborated with at Humble Games, while also allowing us to chart a new course for the future," Patmore writes on the new  website.

Ziff Davis laid off 36 people in response to "challenging economic times for indie game publishing,” Rock Paper Shotgun reports.
