12 News, a Nexstar Broadcasting station, has formed a partnership with The Boston Globe Rhode Island to enhance coverage of Rhode Island and Southern New England.

As part of the arrangement, Boston Globe columnist Dan McGowan will join the 12 News “This Morning” team to discuss stories concerning Rhode Island. And members of the Boston Globe Rhode Island team will join 12 News live on air. 

In addition, “The Rhode Show,” the Rhode Island lifestyle show, will feature lifestyle and entertain stories from The Boston GlobeRhode Island.
