Gannett’s USA Today has launched the USA Today Movie platform, which will allow movie fans to rate films and name their choice among Oscar nominees for Film of the Year.

Readers can register from now through March 3, 2025, at 1 a.m. EST. They also can watch the 10 Oscar-nominated trailers, 

The Movie Meter will build upon “the success of the beloved USA Today Ad Meter platform,” says Rick Suter, editor of USA Today Movie Meter. 

Suter adds, “As we aim to amplify the opinions of our audience across the USA Today Network, we look forward to seeing the public’s sentiment among this year’s most acclaimed films.”
