Entertainment newsletter publisher Ankler Media has announced two hires to fill newly created positions.
Kelsey Stefanson will join as design director and Simone Flournoy, formerly of The Washington Post, will serve as communications manager, both effective March 17.
Stefanson will be tasked with the design of Ankler Media brands, including the flagship newsletter The Ankler, the creator economy newsletter Like & Subscribe, and book/IP standalone The Optionist. Stefanson joins after more than 10 years at The Hollywood Reporter.
Flournoy will develop and execute external communication strategies as growth accelerates for Ankler Media. Previously, Flournoy was a senior communications coordinator at The Washington Post.
