WPP Group's OgilvyOne Worldwide has tapped Eric Wheeler for CEO of the North America division of Neo@OgilvyOne, the newly formed digital and direct media network. Ken Mandel, vice president of
digital, was also named CEO of Neo@Ogilvy, Asia Pacific. Neo@OgilvyOne launched last month, shortly after WPP's mOne Worldwide split up; mOne Worldwide was formed in April 2003, by the merger of
MindShare Worldwide and OgilvyOne Worldwide.
