'The Hollywood Reporter' Promotes Two Sales Execs From Within

The Hollywood Reporter has promoted Liz Culley to senior vice president, sales and brand strategy, And it has elevated Debra Fink to vice president, entertainment and special projects. 

Culley will lead video, social and audio product development in addition to consumer sales and strategy.  

Prior to joining The Hollywood Reporter, Culley was the executive director of FYC and entertainment sales at Condé Nast. She has also served as a senior sales executive at Bustle Digital Group.

“Liz is a dynamo,” says Lori O’Connor, executive president and publishe of The Hollywood Reporter, to whom Culley will report. “Her creativity and extensive experience across content, sales, and product equip her with a unique skill set to create and execute custom programs that bridge video and social platforms.”

In addition, Culley will help drive digital-first growth at the product while enhancing audience engagement. 

Fink’s new role entails working with marketing and sales to develop integrated partnerships and other special projects. She will also maintain her existing sales responsibilities.  

Previously, Fink served as The Hollywood Reporter’s managing director, entertainment. “Debra’s extensive industry knowledge and relationships are unparalleled,” O’Connor. Says. “I’m thrilled to have Debra take on this challenge and cannot wait to see what she brings to the role.”
