
The New York Times tops the list once again in terms
of traffic.
The paper of record pulled 461.6 million visits in September -- a YoY growth of 3% and 9% MoM, according to Similarweb.
Second on the list was CNN.com with 343.4
million visits. This represents a decline of 19% YoY but an increase of 25% MoM.
Fox News drew 254.9 million visits, a decline of 2% YoY and a boost of 13% MoM. People was next with
148.9 million, essentially flat both YoY and MoM.
BBC generated 118.6 million, and saw 19% growth YoY and 27% MoM.
The Washington Post clocked in at #21, with 66.9
million. But it was hit with a 34% drop YoY and a 4% rise MoM.
Bloomberg.com pulled 23.4 million, reflecting a 3% hike YoY and 9% MoM.
Perhaps the strongest growth was achieved
by India Times with visits up 59% YoY for a total of 28.2 million.
Substack brought in 73.7 million views, a 48% increase YoY. But its growth MoM was a flat 1%.
Last on the list of 50 was athlonsports.com, which drove 18.3 million views, but a fall of 48% YoY.
