Executive Moves At Little Caesars, Marco's, Dave's Hot Chicken

 

As the end of the year nears, more QSRs continue to shake up their C-suite.

Little Caesars made several executive moves, all effective as of Jan. 1. The chain’s longtime CEO Dave Scrivano has been promoted to vice chairman, where he will focus on “long-term strategy, culture and innovation,” per the brand.

Previous president of global retail Paula Vissing has been promoted to the role of president and CEO, global retail. Vissing joined Little Caesars in 2023 after six years at Captain D’s, where she worked as senior vice president of purchasing, QA, R&D. 

Ed Gleich has also been promoted to Little Caesars’ president and CEO, global services, from the position of president, global services. Gleich, who has been at the chain since 2011, previously worked for Golden Corral, Arby’s and Domino’s, among other restaurant brands.

Little Caesars also promoted Leigh Burnside to CFO and chief administrative officer.

"Dave's leadership has been instrumental to that success, and I'm pleased he will continue to guide the company."

Marco’s Pizza has tapped Steve Kennedy as CMO.

Kennedy joins the brand most recently from Noodles & Company, where he served as executive vice president and head of marketing. Earlier in his career Kennedy spent time at both Domino's and Nestlé USA.

Marco’s has also hired Bill Schaffler as chief financial officer. His background includes guiding financial strategy and technology modernization at Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and leading brand and operational transformation as president & CEO of Ascension Coffee Company.

Dave's Hot Chicken has brought on Brandon Rhoten as CMO. He joins the chicken chain most recently from advertising platform Ground Truth, where he also served as CMO. Rhoten previously worked with Potbelly and Wendy’s.
