Modem Media, a Digitas, Inc., agency, named executive creative directors for its San Francisco and U.K. offices. Chris Clark, formerly of the U.K. agency Wheel, will head up the company's U.K. office,
and Chip Reingold, formerly executive creative director of the U.K. office, will move to the San Francisco office to head operations there.
