A free online community scrapbook dubbed Scrapblog, LLC launched on Monday. With it, families and friends can add to a Web-based collection of pictures. "Scrapbloggers" can start with a blank page, on
which a group can select a theme or a mixture of elements from several themes to create their Scrapblog. They can further personalize their Scrapblogs with stickers, background designs, shapes,
frames, and comments. Each Scrapblog has a unique URL, which users can share through Real Simple Syndication and e-mail notifications, or keep private for viewing by invitation only.
