Healy Resigns From Digitas Board of Directors

Patrick J. Healy, a managing director of Hellman & Friedman LLC, has resigned from Digitas' Board of Directors. Healy had served on the Digitas board since 1999, the year of Hellman & Friedman's
initial investment in the company.
