Court Approves AOL-Time Warner Settlement

A federal judge has approved a $2.65 billion settlement of a class-action shareholder suit stemming from the Time Warner-AOL merger. The suit alleged that AOL overstated ad revenue by $1.7 billion in
the three years leading up to the 2002 merger.
