PilotOnline.com Using TACODA for B2B Targeting

PilotOnline.com, the companion website to The Virginian-Pilot newspaper, has become the first online entity to use TACODA Systems to target a business to-business audience. Most of TACODA's clients focus on collecting demographic and behavioral data to develop audience segments of interest to consumer advertisers. However, Pilotonline.com, and its sister site HamptonRoads.com, used AMS to develop an audience segment of human resources professionals that won business from Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
