Meredith Restructures Publishing Group

Meredith Corp. Thursday restructured its publishing operations. The move follows the previously announced promotion of Jack Griffin to publishing group president. New senior posts include:

Susan Baron, senior vice president in charge of Better Homes and Gardens and the American Baby Group.

Michael Brownstein, senior vice president in charge of Country Home, Traditional Home and Midwest Living.

Jeannine Shao Collins, senior vice president in charge of Ladies' Home Journal and More.

Bob Mate, senior vice president in charge of Meredith Books; Newsstand; Better Homes and Gardens' Special Interest Publications and Creative Collection; Wood magazine; Successful Farming; Meredith Integrated Marketing.

Bill Murphy - senior vice president in charge of strategic marketing, retail marketing and advertising category development.

Tom Harty, vice president and general manager in charge of Meredith Corporate Solutions, direct response marketing; travel marketing; Hispanic; research Max Runciman , vice president in charge of consumer marketing; publishing finance; production; Meredith Interactive Media; product sales; brand licensing.
