Spammer Agrees To $1 Million Settlement

Spammer Ryan Pitylak has reportedly agreed to pay at least $1 million to settle lawsuits with the state of Texas and Microsoft Corp. He also promised to stop sending false, misleading, or unsolicited
commercial e-mail.
