Publicis' Saatchi & Saatchi unit Wednesday announced it settled its lawsuit against Michael Burns, a former top executive who left the company in February 2005, along with several top Saatchi staffers
working on the General Mills account, to join rival Interpublic Group. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but the statement said the agreement "resolves all legal claims and disputes between
the two parties, as well as all disputes between Saatchi & Saatchi and various of the individuals who left Saatchi & Saatchi in February 2005." -- Joe Mandese
