ABC Taps Arenas As Hispanic Shop, Will Handle Media, Planning, Creative

ABC Monday named Los Angeles-based Arenas as its Hispanic agency of record, including strategy, media planning and buying, as well as creative, targeting the U.S. Hispanic market. Shows initially selected by ABC for Hispanic targeted marketing efforts are primetime's "Ugly Betty" and "Desperate Housewives." -- Joe Mandese
