Rich media company Eyeblaster has named Yoav Arnstein general manager for Eyeblaster North America. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Arnstein was the company's International GM; previously, he
co-established the Nordic operations for Seebeyond Inc. and developed software for VCON. He will be based in New York.
