Revenues related to user-generated Web content will surpass $850 million by 2010, according to a new report by technology research firm In-Stat. Those revenues will come from banners, in-stream video
ads, Google AdSense and branded channels or pages tied to user-created videos. The study also found that YouTube has the highest market share for video but that MySpace has the most visitors. It also
noted that 23 percent of the dozens of user-created video sites it studied offer mobile access, with others planning to do so in the near future.
