CBS Launches Channel On YouTube

Starting this month, CBS, Showtime and CSTV will begin supplying YouTube with short, ad-supported video clips on a daily basis to be housed in a unique CBS-branded channel. The two companies say they plan to share in the ad revenue. Content on the new CBS/YouTube channel will include clips from CBS entertainment shows, such as "Survivor," "CSI" and "Late Show with David Letterman," along with news clips from "CBS Evening News with Katie Couric" and "60 Minutes."
