Shelby Bonnie, CNET Networks CEO, resigned following an investigation into backdated stock options. Bonnie served as chair of the Interactive Advertising Bureau from 2001 to 2004. Bonnie is one of
several high-ranking executives to have been swept up in allegations of backdated stock options. Currently, stock option practices of more than 100 companies are under review.
