Dow Jones Taps Brightcove For Broadband Channel

Dow Jones Online has tapped Internet video company Brightcove to create a video channel on Barron's Online, MarketWatch.com and the Wall Street Journal Online. Among other features, the broadband channel will offer reporting by Dow Jones journalists, with content organized into four sections--news, analysis, "pursuits" and "special reports." Dow Jones Vice President Bob Leverone, who served as the first news director of Bloomberg television and radio, will lead the video unit.
