Undertone Unveils Behavioral Product

Ad network Undertone has added a behavioral targeting service that aims to serve ads based on users' interests and position in the buying cycle. The service can be used to extend an ad's reach by tracking consumers who visit advertisers' Web sites and then targeting ads at non-endemic sites, said Undertone CEO Michael Cassidy. Volkswagen will be one of the first marketers to use the new function, ReDirect 2.0, with a new campapign slated to launch this week, Cassidy said.
