Microsoft Adds 3D Mapping To Virtual Earth

Microsoft's satellite mapping tool, Virtual Earth, is adding 3D city maps to its interface, allowing users to pull up photorealistic virtual models of 15 U.S. cities, including San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, Los Angeles, and Fort Worth. While rival Google also offers a satellite mapping service, Google hasn't yet added 3D models to its maps.
