Cingular Wireless has unveiled a revamped Web site that allows consumers to do things such as review and pay their bills and check voice minutes, in addition to providing an online store for devices
and cell service. Redesigned by Avenue A/Razorfish, the new site can remember which products and services are of interest to customers each time they return. It also provides instructions for tasks
ranging from setting up voice mail to reporting a lost phone.
