The former editor of the
Baltimore Sun William Marimow is returning to his roots. He is taking the reins as editor of
The Philadelphia Inquier, replacing the just ousted Amanda Bennett.
Marimow spent 10 years at the
Sun, then left to work at NPR. He says the
Inquirer will have to make cutbacks to survive.
