Procter & Gamble Co.'s Braun GmbH unit agreed to sell its thermometer and blood pressure monitoring business to Kaz Inc. Kaz will market the products, which include digital thermometers and wrist
blood pressure monitors, under the Braun name. The company said the addition of Braun's Thermoscan digital thermometers will make it the world's largest seller of the temperature-taking devices. P&G
has licensed its Vicks brand of cold medicines to Kaz since 1995. Deal terms were not disclosed.
