Online auctioneer eBay will acquire ticket site StubHub for an estimated $310 million, the companies announced Wednesday. StubHub, a former eBay rival, lets users to buy and sell tickets to sports,
concerts and other events. StubHub's revenue last year came close to $100 million, according to
The Wall Street Journal.
